I hope you are in a better place now! I was devastated when the therapist I saw for quite a few months left just as we were getting somewhere. Her replacement asked me the same thing — to tell her everything. It’s so exhausting to do that over and over.

My third therapist left just over a year ago to go on maternity leave and decided not to come back. I need to get back to it, but just the thought of having to start all over again exhausts me.

I continued to meet with my prescriber for a few months, then I too weaned myself off The antidepressant. It really never made a difference that I could tell.
